I never feel so inclined to write reviews, but I had to warn everyone about this place. BY FAR THE WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE -EVER! Everything tasted like it had been fried in extremely old oil. The Crab Ragoon tasted like it had been fried too hard, frozen, then microwaved. The fried rice had a bland plastic taste to it. The sweet & sour chicken was hard as a rock, greasy, and over fried as well. The portions were crazy small and it took them an hour and a half to show up. I will never order from here again! The food was just not edible. Please no one make the mistake of throwing away their money. Me and my family are still hungry tonight. And I just wish I could get my 38 dollars back!!!

I have been carrying out from this restaurant for some time now and i highly recommend it. Don't let it's modest store front fool you. The food is great and the operators are very nice. On occasion i will have it delivered and it is prompt.

i have been ordering from them for over 4 years now and have never had a problem with slow delivery and the lady that works there is the sweetest, kindest person ever. she doesn't even mind our substitutions

Never again. I ordered from Hong Kong because I read that they were fast and inexpensive. Inexpensive, yes, but it has been over an hour and my food is still not here. They are less than a mile from my house. I just got a call from the driver. He told me that he is on his way. There are better places in Rogers Park, maybe more expensive, but who cares...Driver never showed after 90 minutes. I asked them to cancel my order. What a joke.
