One of the few Vietnamese places that delivers to us. The first time, the food got here timely but not very hot. Same with the 2nd and 3rd time (a little less "Timely" too). Only an issue really with the soups (which were excellent). Everything was flavorful. If you order a d-i-y wrap, you'll have extra herbs and rice papers to experiment with whatever else you have at home as left overs. Same with the pho. Like most Viet places, pork is done especially well. And the noodles in the soup don't get mushy like Chinese noodles seem to do. Will order again. Lots to explore on the menu. Don't get confused by duplicates on the on-line menu; it seems to be merely the English and Vietnamese entries.

Ordered a Pho Dac Biet (soup with all the meats) with a double order of extra meat. Ended up with Pho with a single order of flank steak. My girlfriend ordered Bun Tom Nuon (noodles with shrimp) with an extra order of shrimp. She also got a standard order of shrimp. DO NOT order special requests or add-ons from this restaurant - they will ignore them!!!

Good when you're craving pho and can't get out to get it (like us with a fussy 4 month old). The food at the argyle location has a more authentic taste and you get more noodles with your pho and more choices in general, but there's no boba/milk teas like at the other location. There might be MSG in the broth (we debate this every order lol), and be prepared if you're not used to Vietnamese to get raw meat that will be cooked in the broth, so if delivery is slow on a busy night, you should reheat the broth. A good choice for those delivery nights when you just can't do thai or chinese one more time!

First of all, I'm pretty sure the delivery man was the spawn of Satan. He didn't read the delivery instructions, then pounded on my window instead of my door. Upon delivery, he didn't make eye contact or say a word, and dropped one of the bags. He had the audacity to lie to me and say that inside the bag was just utensils, which I believed until the bag dripped my dessert onto my carpet. The pho was good, but I asked for extra tendon (I LOVE tendon) and got none instead. I asked for no cilantro (I'm allergic) and ended up with extra in my spring rolls. All in all, a nightmare.

My two entrees arrived sans cucumber or bean sprouts (leaving me with just wilted lettuce and some mint), and one of them sans an extra order of pork. Plus, what did arrive was less abundant and fresh than the dine-in counterparts. What followed was a 10 min. phone conversation with the kitchen staff insisting I was wrong and the manager asking me to "look for" the missing items repeatedly. Well, no. They weren't there. And since they refused to believe that they weren't, and since I had evidence to the contrary before me, we weren't getting anywhere. So instead of offering me a full refund, they tried to weasel me down to the lowest price to return possible, basically testing how low they could go to get rid of crazy, can't-find-nonexistent-bean sprouts me. It was REALLY off-putting. When I explained that that would mean losing a loyal customer of three years, she seemed FINE with that possibility. And so I got a small refund and Hai Yen won't be getting a call from me again.
