The delivery for 3 pizzas and two salads took almost 2 hours and three phone calls. Every time we called, they said "It's on it's way..." Needless to say, when the pizza got here, it was cold and the salads seemed like they had been shaken in a blender. I've heard this is good food, but lukewarm pizza for $65 is not my idea of a good meal.

cheap and fast, but not worth it. they made mistakes with the order , the food was cold, soggy and bland, and the manager was extremely rude. SKIP THIS PLACE.

don't believe the haters here. you get what you pay for & you get very good steaks brought right to your house. you want cheap steaks, go to ponderosa. it is pricey, but you get quality food, sides & packaging. will order again & again.

SRO is great! Very fast, pretty tasty. Like an upscale fast-food joint or a fast sit-down place... the Turkey Burger was voted best in Chicago! The seasonal Chili Soup is great, too.

Food was good, arrived early. Portions are insane! My club sandwich could of fed a village. Gave the delivery guy 5 bucks and he looked at me like I was a cheapscape. damn 8 dolars in all for del. not good?------ahh like anwhere its hit and miss. last order was HORRIBLE heh

really tasty bbq. brisket is good (not great), pulled pork is really good (not too sweet), st. louis ribs are meaty (and well smoked) and the baby back are killer (and surprisingly meaty). yams are like a dessert and sweet potato pie is creamy and sweet.
not the best, but definitely in top 4 or 5 chicagoland area wise!!

Pretty good I had a reuben and the Cobb salad. Good portion sizes, good time on delivery, the only thing I would complain about is that it's a little pricey but would definitely order from there again.

Some of the best chicken I have ever had. Amazingly clean, can't even call it fast food. Its much nicer than that. Great for those nights when you don't want to cook, something for the whole family. Enjoy!

I've had better and I've had worse, so that's why I'm going with three stars. I ordered a 1/3 lb burger which I'm pretty sure was once a frozen patty and was a bit dry even though it wasn't even cooked all the way. The fries were good, though.
