    I love everything about this place. The phone people are super friendly, the delivery is fast (half hour for rigatoni vodka/20oz squirt/bread/tiramisu), and the food is absolutely delish. Definitely, the best restaurant in bridgeport. Beats all competitors in every area.

    WOW!!!! The Baked Cavatelli is THE best italian dish Ihave ever had...authentic. Best in Bridgeport, but they don't serve pizza.

    Wow. I'm a huge fan of carbonara pasta and haven't really found many places here in Chicago that do justice to that dish UNTIL NOW!!! GIO's delivered this dish piping hot to my house in less than an hour and it was the best I've had in years. Can't rave enough!!!!!!

    I've ordered from here a couple of times and have not been disappointed. I LOVE the arancini. And the pasta dishes we have ordered have fed 3 adults and a toddler. With one pasta dish, a salad, and an arancini? That's what I call a bargain! They have also been super friendly every time I've ordered. All in all, I would highly recommend Gio's if you're in the mood for Italian. I've never dined in, but I would like to at some point.

    I've only had the sandwiches here but they all come highly recommended. Great little neighborhood place...feels like you step back in time about 40 years when you walk in with the deli counter in the back and tables in the front.
