    This Giordano's is my favorite location because their pizza seems to be the best. Average delivery times, love their food.

    This Giordano's has MAJOR MAJOR problems -- that are mostly reducible to staff. The people who answer the phone are really quite rude. The delivery people are REALLY spotty. Sometimes it would take 90 minutes+ to get the pizza (or whatever). I thought this was how Giordano's was until I moved to the North Side. So -- if you are in Hyde Park, be wary that this Giordano's is not like the rest, and the differences are NOT good.
