    really tasty bbq. brisket is good (not great), pulled pork is really good (not too sweet), st. louis ribs are meaty (and well smoked) and the baby back are killer (and surprisingly meaty). yams are like a dessert and sweet potato pie is creamy and sweet. not the best, but definitely in top 4 or 5 chicagoland area wise!!

    the worst, dont bother. placed an order, it was delivered, paid cash. found out they didnt send half of my order. when i called to let them know i didnt get most of my order, they asked if I wanted to pick it up. i gave them my definition of delivery and they said it would be on its way. it never came. i called again, they hung up on me when i explained the situation. called again, they answered and said it was on it's way. it never came. called again, they were closed.

    Some of the best chicken I have ever had. Amazingly clean, can't even call it fast food. Its much nicer than that. Great for those nights when you don't want to cook, something for the whole family. Enjoy!

    Its the kind of place that makes you want to have 2 birthdays a year just so you have more excuses to go out to dinner. The smokey bbq sauce on the dry rub st louis ribs is a wonder of the modern world.

    If you are in Evanston and can't get to Devon, than this is the best Indian around. It's actually pretty good all things considered. Its fairly authentic, the portions are generous, and they're fairly quick in terms of delivery. Its Nepal style which isn't what most of us are used to, but since none of the places on Devon will deliver to our area...

    Al's Italian beef for years was considered the #1 Italian beef joints in the city. At some point, they decided to convert into a chain. That's what this is. The food is very good.

    Their fried okra is the genuine article, with a crumbly corn-meal-like crust. Served in a paper bag with grease spots, as it should be. Add hot sauce for nirvana. They also have very authentic fried chicken, a la Harold's. Skip the BBQ, for that order from Merles or Hecky's if you are in this area...
