Asian, Japanese, SushiMy food arrived in 30 minutes, which was 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I ordered 3 different types of Koko Special Maki. Each was excellent. The deliveryman was polite. I would definitely order from Koko Sushi again.

Pizza, Sandwiches, Italian, Healthy, Salads, Chicken, WingsThe guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver. I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right. Pizza: Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all. I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.

Pizza, Sandwiches, Italian, Pasta, Healthy, Salads, HamburgersI Used to order here pretty frequently : the pizzas are great! But they use a delivery guy who can never seem to get a handle on the buzzer system at my building. He barely speaks English, gets flustered, and then demands that I come down and get the pizza from the lobby. I would be more empathetic, but he's always a big jerk about it. I'd rather order from a place where the delivery doesn't always leave me angry.

IndianOrder placed on 8.10.08.Just ok. Food came quickly. I've ordered from them twice now and the food was really under-seasoned both times. I was hoping this was a one time problem but had the same problem with the second order. I have never felt the need to add salt to Indian food. It's usually a little too salty, but not here. The desserts are very over-priced for the portion size compared to other Indian restaurants. Heat level was good but spice lacked in other areas. If you don't have Indian spices lying around to do it yourself, don't bother with this place!
