    Very mediocre, the shepherds pie was not very good, the reuben rolls were soggy and not very good either. This place was overpriced, and the food was just ok. I felt like I got ripped off.

    Trying to set my biases against the idea that anything that opens in a yuppie neighborhood has to be Irish-y aside, I found this place unimpressive. Honestly--let's call it what it is--it's an American gastropub. A Celtic-like typeface and a proper pour of Guinness does not Irish make. Maybe I'm being presumptuous, maybe the owners are really from Ireland. Who knows? Food: The burger I had sounded nice but was unexceptional. Evenly cooked is about all I can say. Don't waste your money on the corned beef spring rolls--it's an average "egg roll" with the novelty of corned beef instead of some other not dissimilar minced up meat. And like $8 for just two of them? That's a little obscene.
