Will never order from them again. Twice I've placed an order. First time we ordered sandwiches and fries. Everything arrived lukewarm which was surprising since they're four blocks away. Had to reheat. Second time the pizza was ice cold. Almost like I had just taken it out of the refrigerator. I called them and told them the situation and that I wanted a refund. They said they would not refund my money if any of the pizza had been eaten. I told the girl on the phone that I had taken a bite out of a piece and discovered the quality by taste. At this point I wanted to talk to the manager or owner and she advised me she was the one in charge. I did get a refund after some arguing. Will never, ever again order from here. If I could, I give them zero stars.

this place was awesome when i first discovered them about 5 years ago. I moved out of state for a few years and have now returned to Chicago to discover that my favorite neighborhood joint has taken a turn for the worst. I tried them again because I was hoping that it was just a fluke, but no. They are no good anymore. Even the hot dogs are bad and always seem to be on a rock hard stale bun. The pizza tasted like it has been heated and reheated and the flavor just wasnt any good.
