Food is fairly average, but the service could not have been better. The guy forgot 2 items, but they weren't critical, so I just asked for a refund, which he gave, but then brought them back anyway. Also gave a free new menu item. Really, it was the nicest restaurant ever.

Putting this order in before I've tried the food. It took them over an hour and a half to get the food here. I called them four times about the status of the order and they couldn't tell me anything about it other than it should be here any minute. Here's the part that WOWED me. The first time ever in Chicago, the delivery driver apologized for being late, explained why he was late, told me it was still not an excuse and asked that I give their store another chance. On top of that he gave me half off my order and thanked me for ordering. I have NEVER had that happen and even without trying the food I am going to give them 4 stars because of their desire to make things right. If they hadn't done that (which I wasn't expecting them to) I would have given them 1 star and never order from them again. I will definitely order from them again to give them another chance.

Chikis has really fallen off recently. We've ordered from them several times before and were always happy. This time, though, the chicken was kind of scary-looking and the gyro meat looked like it came right out of Sam's Club. The chicken soup was inedible. I may try again, but this last order was disappointing.

First, the order was late, the pizza has an awful taste to it. I can deal with "ok" pizza, but this was just bad! We also tried the cheeseburger which was not good at all. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and they brought the wrong one. Never will we order from there again!
