The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

The Pizza is pretty decent. Stick with the pizza. The Buttered Popcorn Shrimp are decent as well.The Delivery drivers are always top notch. I have never had a problem with a late order or food being cold.

Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Overall we were very impressed and excited we found a new great Italian place to order from. We ordered:
*Cheese Ravoli -Great sauce! Lots of flavor and thick and hearty. Good portions and the minestrone soup was excellent
* Rigatoni Danielo - eh. This was the only bad item. The sauce was so watery it was like eating soup and was very bland. The mushrooms were canned and gross so I threw most of it out. But don't judge based on this item alone, just don't order it.
* Tiramisu - Fantastic
* Sausage Pizza- Yum!! It came free with our order (over $30) and it was great. We were very impressed and surprised it wasnt offered on the regular menu.
Delivery was on time and the guy was friendly. We loved 3 out of 4 but are still looking forward to trying new stuff from their menu

SRO is great! Very fast, pretty tasty. Like an upscale fast-food joint or a fast sit-down place... the Turkey Burger was voted best in Chicago! The seasonal Chili Soup is great, too.

They have a motto-the Pizza you cant refuse.Well, I refuse to order from there again.As for the people that say this place is good, they must work there,own part of it,or are having their friends give positive reviews because this place SUCKS.
It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver.
I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right.
Pizza:
Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all.
I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it!
I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.

really tasty bbq. brisket is good (not great), pulled pork is really good (not too sweet), st. louis ribs are meaty (and well smoked) and the baby back are killer (and surprisingly meaty). yams are like a dessert and sweet potato pie is creamy and sweet.
not the best, but definitely in top 4 or 5 chicagoland area wise!!

Solid unpretentious food at ridiculously low prices. We ordered the Denver Omelette (yummy), Angus Burger (also yummy) and French Toast (yummy as well!). Delivery was quick, food was warm and fresh - no frills fantastic.

Food arrives hot is is seasoned nicely. Chicken gorgonzola, onion rings and chicken tenders are great, but delivery is extremely slow (1.5 hours for delivery).
