I will admit, I only order Chicago's when I should probably be in bed, and probably consumed one too many beverages. Usually I actually really like the pizza, even the next day. However, last time i ordered, I never even got my pizza! I called the next day to complain, No Apology, No Nothing. I was too tired to call and try to get another one delivered when i realized they blew me off. But seriously, NO APOLOGY!? Just Rude! So its good late night food, buuuuut thats about it!

I order from Chicago's on a regular basis. In particular when I've had one or twelve too many. However, I disagree with the many previous reviews and would like to say that Chicago's is the bomb.com and the service has always been spectacular. In fact, have passed out and not received my pizza before and they continue to come to my apartment time after time regardless. Chicago's is amazing whether it's delivery or in the store and I surely appreciate the lack of a hangover the next day. Thanks Chicago's. :)

The pizza was tasty and they delivered much faster than anticipated. Good late night choice!

I had to order over the phone and the person was extremely rude !!! I will not order from here again.

Really rude customer service. I told them I'd never order again and they were sill rude. They got my order totally wrong, from the appetizers, to the pizza toppings, even the soda. When I called I was basically called a liar. I ended up 20 bucks short with a pizza I could not eat, it had sausage and I'm a vegetarian.
