Order placed on 4.29.09.The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

Order placed on 11.3.07.Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Order placed on 8.22.09.Good food. A nice variation from the polish/beef sandwiches that you see at every Chicago sandwich shop. We ordered bacon/chicken salad, and a bbq chicken pizza. Both were great. I only give them 4 stars because the delivery was 30 minutes late. But at least they called to let me know they would be late, so there's that...

Order placed on 3.4.09.I wasn't too happy with the $25 min or the delivery fee. HOWEVER, when my door buzzer rang only 30 minutes after, I shrugged my shoulders and weighed in the benefits. I ordered an 18" basil, sausage, and portobello mushroom pie. Toppings: Collectively they seemed fresh but I couldn't find the flavor. Basil is an aromatic herb, why I can't find the flavor, I don't know. Cheese: Nothing much to say here. Sauce: I have to disagree with the other reviews. There just wasn't enough sauce on the pizza, a common issue with NYC style pie, but unlike good NYC style (think Lombardi's) this sauce was less flavorful, think tomato paste minus zest...zest is my world. The Crust: Unlike regular NYC pie, you can pick this one up, mostly because the crust turns into cardboard after the 2nd slice. Again, lacking in flavor and relying too much on the stove to flavor the crust...nothing a little rosemary and/or fennel, and wine see in the sauce or crust (how I make mine) couldn't fix.

Order placed on 4.13.08.They have a motto-the Pizza you cant refuse.Well, I refuse to order from there again.As for the people that say this place is good, they must work there,own part of it,or are having their friends give positive reviews because this place SUCKS. It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver. I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right. Pizza: Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all. I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.
