my steak salad, while tasty, was a little puny both in terms of how much greens they gave me and the steak - 6 little halfdollars size pieces of steak and a handful of lettuce. the chicken salad fared much better - a nice size portion of goodies and chicken...yummo (but also odd that theyd be generous in one salad and not in another). the star was the portobella appetizer - wow, huge yummy portobella and creamy risotto. ill order again but maybe try some other dishes; i am concerned that based on my salads, they might have some consistency problems. overall it was good food but a little pricey for the portions (salads).

Order arrived on time and pizza was just fine - nothing outstanding and probably better after a couple of beers than a sober pizza.

Original delivery time was well over an hour from order time. You can deal with that. But actual delivery was 35 min beyond that time. The four cheese pizza had potential but it was already stiff and best part of cold. Guess it did leave the restaurant an hour before I got it. Doubt I'll bother to try again. It was like eating next day pizza which is sometimes good, but this missed the mark.

Usually good food, but TERRIBLE delivery times and accuracy. This is my second attempt with Bella Bacino's. The first time the order took an hour and 20 minutes, and the driver forgot part of our order. They quickly went and got it and brought it right back. This time the pizza was hot and delicious, just not timely to say the least. So I give them a second shot. This time it takes an hour and 40 minutes to get the pizza to us. A Spinach Supreme (which is meant to have mushrooms in it) and a salad. The pizza is lukewarm at best, not a mushroom on it. On inspection, it actually says "no mushrooms" on the receipt, this was NOT on my order anywhere. The salad is totally wilted and warm. The driver seems upset to only get his prepaid 15% tip. All this said, GrubHub steps in and kicks butt for us. The customer service at GrubHub is awesome! Thanks Kevin and Felix! (Yes, two customer service calls on one order. ugh.)

Their pizza is very good but each time I have had delivery from Bella's they have been more than 30 min late. The last time delivery took more than 3 hours. Unacceptable.
