Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

don't believe the haters here. you get what you pay for & you get very good steaks brought right to your house. you want cheap steaks, go to ponderosa. it is pricey, but you get quality food, sides & packaging. will order again & again.

SRO is great! Very fast, pretty tasty. Like an upscale fast-food joint or a fast sit-down place... the Turkey Burger was voted best in Chicago! The seasonal Chili Soup is great, too.

really tasty bbq. brisket is good (not great), pulled pork is really good (not too sweet), st. louis ribs are meaty (and well smoked) and the baby back are killer (and surprisingly meaty). yams are like a dessert and sweet potato pie is creamy and sweet.
not the best, but definitely in top 4 or 5 chicagoland area wise!!

Some of the best chicken I have ever had. Amazingly clean, can't even call it fast food. Its much nicer than that. Great for those nights when you don't want to cook, something for the whole family. Enjoy!

Great pizza and chicken strips, especially for the price. Delivery was right on time, food was hot and everything has good flavor. My only complaint is that the fries were soggy, but its always hard to deliver fries. I would definitely recommend Mom's and will be ordering from here on a regular basis.

the worst, dont bother. placed an order, it was delivered, paid cash. found out they didnt send half of my order. when i called to let them know i didnt get most of my order, they asked if I wanted to pick it up. i gave them my definition of delivery and they said it would be on its way. it never came. i called again, they hung up on me when i explained the situation. called again, they answered and said it was on it's way. it never came. called again, they were closed.

To be a barbecue joint and try and charge 75 cents extra for EXTRA SAUCE is OK, if you provide some sauce to start? Thats like Every Burger place trying to charge me for Ketchup packets!
If you dont have a Half Slab Rib Combo, then dont advertise it, then send me a bill for a FULL SLAB.
The food was delivered cold on top of all that. I mean COLD, with an actual CHILL on the Ribs like they had been in a fridge!
Overall one of the worst providers I have had on Grubhub.
At least they are better than the Rib House. Not sure how that place still is open
