The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

Pizza is 7 on a scale of 10 but do not order the Caesar salad -- it was messed up bad. They doused it in some dressing that didn't resemble Caesar -- or ask for dressing on the side, you have to do that for this restaurant. Delivery was expected at 10:14 and came at twenty after.
Just ordered Delisis's again and was quite happy! Their build-your-own Mac N Cheese was excellent, I chose spinach and ricotta. Their pizza has a really wonderful taste unlike any other I've tried! Truly Delicious!

The cheese waffle fries were great, and their house salad was excellent! Worth trying when you're drunk at 1am and want some cheap food, especially junk food like cheese fries. The order also came lightening fast.

The steak tacos and steak quesadillas were great. I didnt like the pork or the chorizo tacos, yet that was probably my taste. The pico de gallo was amazing. Overall a great value for the money.

This place can not still be in business? This is the most disgusting place ever. Your pizza might actually be made by the drug addict delivery guy if the chef decided to rest his hangover. I am not lieing one bit that, my pizza came with 5 holes in the crust because it wasnt rolled out propery.. was 1" thich in some spots or paper thin on the others. I ordered something like a supreme, and there must have been 3 whole green peppers quartered and put on top. Not lying one bit.. Should be shut down and thrown in jail
I will add info to person who talks about ordering in the past.. This place was called Aiellos I believe before he sold it.. Which might have been where you got your "GOOD" pie from.. Stay away now

While eating at the restaurant is outstanding, delivery is horrible. After an hour and $35 we get this cold excuse for dinner and then have to spend another 20 minutes cooking rice, since it doesn't come with it.
The person answering the phone had no knowledge of our order and subsequently wouldn't call the delivery driver to find out where he was.
I can't think of another reason to deliver cold samosas unless you are not making them fresh.
Sure it saves you a trip to Devon, but it's no better than heating up a package of Indian food from the grocery store.

I will never order from here again. Check my history (I have order from here a lot). They have finally turned me away as a customer because they have gotten my past 3 orders in a row wrong. Every time I order something is screwed up. SUPAROSSA: YOU JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER! The last time I was promised a credit which I NEVER RECEIVED. Not only did they screw my past three orders up, but they LIED to me.

Food was marginal and not tasteful as Thai food should be. I had to "doctor" it after we tasted a little of each dish to give it more flavor. They left out the extra peanut sauce I paid for, that may have helped. Could have been because it was near closing time, but adjust the hours for delivery if you're in a hurry to get out of the store. We ordered basil fried rice with tofu (tofu was great, cooked perfectly, but there was barely a hint of basil and only one basil leaf); pad see ewe (sp? with tofu. It had little flavor but tofu was great in that as well); lard nar (again, little flavor but tofu cooked well). Might try again, but not sure.
