I will never order from here again. First attempt we were told they don't deliver to us, even though we were located extremely close and Grub hub said they would. Then we tried to order again from a different neighborhood that was further from them and apparently they delivered to this one. The person on the phone was actually very nice. The issue was the delivery driver who was nothing but the complete rudest man I've ever encountered. He asked me rudely if I knew where they were located and I said that the woman on the phone said that they delivered to us. He laughed and scoffed at me. The pizza is ok but certainly not good enough to dignify this sort of treatment. I should have not tipped the guy but I was so shocked at the time, I did. What a waste of money.

Primo's is one of the least expensive Pizza and Sandwich places in North Chicago. The food is fair and arrives quickly and hot. Good place for a quick bite.

cONSIDERING i HAD TRIED AND REVIEWED ALMOST EVERYOTHER PIZZA, I TRIED STEFANOS. It was a good pizza. I have had better and I have had worse. Might order again if I wanted some other items, but didn;t crack my top 5, but not a bad pizza.

All I know is...I haven't even gotten my food yet and I'm already sure I'll never order from here again. The lady on the phone was such a b*tch! Very short, rude...I've spoken to her twice (called back for total and estimated delivery time) and not once did she say thank you (just "bye"). And how do you figure that a medium pizza and mozzerella sticks (with a CAN of rc) add up to $30! Damn. I was really hoping to find a good new place too.

For those who don't already know, this is a Kosher (dairy) restaurant -- hence the lack of meat on the menu, NOT strictly vegetarian but good. And if you have friends who keep kosher they will greatly appreciate you ordering from here.

Dealing with the short tempered owner is not pleasant, but his product is top of the line. Along with D'Agostino's and Barnaby's, this is one of the best thin crust pizzas in Chicagoland.
