The food was very good (just like in the restaurant), but the delivery time was very long.

First time using this service and that food arrived very quickly, much earlier than the estimate and everything was great!

We were SERIOUSLY disappointed with this order. My co-worker and I ordered the steak tip lunch special to split, with a side of fries and two deserts. The entire meal arrived completely cold even though the restaurant is not far from our office. The steak stips were hardly steak tips, they were tiny little cuts of meat which were way overcooked although we asked for them to be medium. Also, the meal was supposed to come with rice pilaf and it did not. The fries were cold and soggy, the deserts and soup were mediocre at best. Honestly, the only thing worth eating was the bread stick. We took a few bites of everything and ended up throwing it all back into the bag and tossing it in the dumpster on our way around the block to get some pizza at the local sub shop. What a waste of $25. Needless to say we will never be ordering from or eating at this place again. Total bummer.

Ordered BBQ Chicken flatbread pizza. Delivery was quicker than expected, arrived in about 45 minutes. Pizza was delicious but arrived cold. While finalizing my order, I also chose the "green" option of declining plastic dinnerware but received two of them anyway.
