Pizzeria Regina was the first pizza I ever had in Boston, and I loved it. But when it comes to delivery... No. The delivery option is something really not affordable, $25.00 minimum EXCLUDING taxes and delivery fees, which are $6.00. So long story short, if you are hungry, order from some place else. I just did.
