I called this place at 6:30 pm and they didnt show up till 8:30...food was TERRIBLE... steak and cheese calzone was supposed to have extra marinara sauce... had none... fries were obviously cold and soggy, chicken parm and ziti was cold, chicken was rock hard, and there was hardly any sauce on it.... NEVER AGAIN... they deserve negative stars... even the free garlic bread was terrible

Horrible service! Ordered my food and waited over 1.5 hours and it STILL didn't arrive (despite the approximate ~1 hour waittime). Didn't receive an apologetic phone call or anything. Cancelled my order right away. Never ordering from them again.

decent food - quick service

I have to say that this was pretty awful service. I ordered dinner from this place and paid for a delivery charge and a 10% tip to the driver. Twenty minutes later I received a call that the driver wouldn't deliver my food unless he received at least a 25% tip!! I just cancelled the order. This place tries to make you pay more than you've agreed to!!

This business is completely bereft of professionalism. They actually called immediately after the order was placed to complain about the tip they received (which was well within the reasonable range - 15%). Avoid this place like the plague. Not only do they make you pay much more than you agreed to but they also have longest delivery time I have ever experienced through grubhub. This business is the epitome of poor customer service. If i could have given it negative stars I would. Long story short AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
