I t will likely never order here again. Estimated delivery time came and went. About 25 minutes later I tried GrubHub.com chat-they are very helpful, she talked to the shop and they told her the order would be delivered in ten minutes, did not arrive for another 30. Ice cream was good-not great. Pricey for what you get in quantity.

I have been to this restaurant before for ice cream. They are about 10 minutes from my house. I placed the order with grub hub at 2:05...at 2:20 a very very rude gentlemen from Jay's called to ask if I could explain to him where i was because I was not in Malden. I explained how to get here and also explained these were esy directions as my friend lives across the street from them. I told him its about 10-15 minutes away depending on if you catch the lights. He proceeded to complain how far it was and there will be traffic. (Mind you it is 2:30 on a Sunday) I explained once again the longest it has ever taken is 15 minutes. He again whined it was far and said "Well, then give me another 45-50 minutes". The food arrived at 3:00 which was the original estimated delivery time and we were informd they will not deliver here unless it is a $40 order.....I will NOT be ordering here again!!!

I got a salad....wilted and brown lettuce, with core of lettuce in the container, not enough salad dressing, veiny elasticy disgusting chicken, the fries were cold.....however the coke a cola was very good. Cold, crisp and refreshing.

I generally don't write bad review, but man do they deserve it. The food was gross, I can eat just about anything and I couldn't finish my Chicken Parm, it was NASTY! I will never order from here again.

took them 2 hours to deliver an order of 2 small chicken wings, and when the delivery guy finally showed up at my door he didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize - just handed me the bag without a word. not ordering from them anymore.
