Order placed on 11.3.09.The food is excellent and normally the delivery is flawless. But the last time which was on a Saturday night around 8pm. We placed an order for four people. After the delivery, we noticed two items were missing so I called up Grubhub.com regarding the issue. They spoke with the restaurant and they agreed to redeliver within 30 min. The party was almost over by the time the missing items were delivered. I was upset that they couldn't came back sooner since it was a mistake they made, also the delivery guy didn't apologies for the screw up either. Just because it was a busy night for the restaurant, it doesn't excuse them for making mistakes. Of course people are human and mistakes happens every now and then, but at least compensate us for something (like hurry up with the delivery) and show some courtesy. If this incident didn't occur I would have given them a 5 star. But now, it's only worth 3.
