I am extremely disappointed with Ankara. I was looking forward to my hummus side and soup/salad combo. First, I get a call saying they are out of the french onion soup, so I ordered the lemon chicken rice. Second, the delivery estimate was for TWO HOURS after I ordered, but I didn't think it could possibly take that long...it took 1.5 hours. Then, when I get back to my room and open the bag...there is no hummus! plenty of STALE pita, but no hummus. The salad is boring, iceberg lettuce and a few measly veggies on top. The soup is positively ABYSMAL. It was overcooked rice with a few pieces of chopped grilled chicken, obviously not cooked with the soup, all in a bland broth-if you can even call it that. I can't believe I actually paid for that. DO NOT order from Ankara.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Ankara cafe. I ordered 2 cold sandwiches with fries, and the delivery time was approximated 1 hour after I ordered! I could have walked there and picked it up within an hour. I contacted GrubHub and they informed me, after contacting Ankara, that the delay was cause by a game and they were super busy. I received my sandwiches and extremely soggy fries 90 minutes after I ordered. GrubHub gave me a $10 gift certificate, but nothing extra from Ankara. I will be using GrubHub again but never ordering from here again.
